I have enjoyed living here. It is my first adult apartment. I enjoy the amenities and my neighbors are super friendly. I have been here for over 3 years. The downside though, is the constant leaks especially if u r on the ground floor and this year has seen a dramatic increase in rent even though there was no improvement to the amenities or the apartment. The new tenants have been trash and now the gym and pool are always packed, no fault of the staff. For the new prices being demanded I would not recommend thing location.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! The water has to be turned off in the buildings every month for “leaks” for 5-7 hours at a time. They have a really terrible mold issue! Every time it rains the structure gets worse as these apartments are extremely outdated. They look appealing to the eye when touring and you move in and see all kinds of things wrong. Literally they paint over things to make small fixes. Gated community but the gate is broken every week and almost never closed. What’s secure about that? NOT WORTH THE MONEY BEING CHARGED!!!! 0 STARS NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

First of all I want to say Tasha is amazing and is excluded from this review. If she answers the phone I know things are going to get done! Jason is also amazing and super sweet and usually has the time to chat and reassure if I have an issue to make sure it gets taken care of. Other than that it’s mainly on regional never answering because they didn’t want to face rent questions and address their greed. I called ten times and asked for a call back in each time as she “was never in office” never got a call and never will. Rent went up for most around 20-30% this year.

Nice place to live. Bathrooms could use some updating and they do cover up a lot with a fresh coat of paint but should actually be replaced. The location of my unit makes a huge difference in my experience. The view, the privacy and my oversight surrounding Neighbors are all acceptable features. Having an attached garage adds to my level of pricy that I require. I will continue to rent at this complex. The location is close to businesses and shopping there is a beautiful green belt along the back of the complex excellent for jogging and nature walks
