I’ve purchased four sets of tires for four different cars over the past years at this store, and have always been pleased with their service. They’ve always treated myself and my kids, whose cars got those tires respectfully. This time I just need one tire for my daughter’s 2006 MiniCooperS. We purchased the one tire, and they rotated and balanced all her tires. However sometime after that , and my driving up the Cameron Park one of her hubcaps came off. I went back to the store told them one of the hubcaps came off, and without question they immediately ordered her a new hubcap. When received they put it on her car, and she is a happy camper. I just wanted to thank America’s Tire store on Greenback at Hazel for their tremendous customer care! This is why I would recommend them, and they will continue to get my service.
