Not a nice place to visit. Stray cats every 10 feet begging for food and spare change. Make sure to lock your vehicle I noticed cat paw prints on my door handles when we got back to the car. Thankfully we locked the car upon exiting.

-- 2nd review '21/6: with handful of visits over the past 3 years and 2 family members living in this run-down, over 55 mobile home & RV storage park, upgraded to 3-star as safe, and mostly nice residents. Still no sidewalks (though close to shopping center directly behind park), cramped parking-byways, constant traffic noise as off main cross roads. Also, close property lines makes for steady dogs barking at neighboring lot renters. -- 1st visit/review Fall '18: Well, it does the job for a place to live I suppose. [2-star]

i am a tenant there. to get all yourr quetions answered you should call the park mgmt. rent is seperate from utilities. rvs are allowed if a newer model. rhis is a senior park. 55+ no wifi
Dogs are fine, As long as they are leashed while outside.
We pay about $100/mo in the storage lot. It looks pretty run down compared to most other local places but the owner and residents seem nice and the lot works just fine for us.

there are a couple open spaces. unfortunately we are between mgrs and i dont know who you would contact about renting one. it is a senior park age 55+
