Ordered custom Kipton loveseat which took approx. 3 months to manufacture and then additional 3 weeks until delivery. The arms are lumpy; the front edge of the foam seat cushion is lumpy as if it wasn't cut straight; the front edge of the seat cushion has ripples in the fabric; the front edge of the cushion is uneven in the way it hangs over the base of the loveseat. The design turned out to be very uncomfortable seating. Contacted customer service to request paperwork on the order and was told they would get back to me in 2-3 days. It has been two weeks and I still haven't received the requested paperwork or reply.

I wish I could give zero stars. The quality of their workmanship is terrible. I would never recommend this furniture company.

I have 4 of your chairs they have musical note backs on them the seat has been covered for all them years the seatstill look new chairs are in exlc.con all original still has store papers on bottom of set i think the 40s would love to know for sure
