I just wish the store open utill 6 for one day a week or open for a few hours on Saturday. The only way I can pick up my mail is by leaving during lunch break hoping that I can grab a lunch, drive to the store, and get back on time. Other than that there is nothing to complain about really. Everything is great. Update: I opened my mail box with them knowing that they close the store at 5pm. It is not fair to take a star for that. I updated my rate to 5 stars.

I got off work early to be sure I was able to drop off my package before they closed. I arrived at 4:48 pm. I'm sure they were ready to go home. But you have 10-5 posted as your hours. All I needed to do was hand them the package. It would have taken less than 30 seconds. As soon as I walked up to the door they cut the lights out. Now I have to drive to the neighboring town to get my package sent out. If your hours are 10 to 4:50 then put that on your website.

I have always liked this store and the people there until yesterday. I am a mobile notary and I frequent this store almost daily. There have been times that I needed a packet scanned to my email and they charged me $2.00 to scan to my email. I went in yesterday with 2 packets that needed to go out fast. I asked to have it scanned and did the scan myself. When it was scanned I was told it would cost 50 cents a page. It cost me $53.00. What an expensive lesson. I will look for an alternative to using this store.I should have been told beforehand.
