they need to work on their security better somehow so that they can stop getting robbed. My brothers use to work there and they both got threatened with a gun as a cashier and got robbed.

I wouldn't recommend the Bourbonnais Walgreens pharmacy. They have shorted me on a controlled substance and it's not the first time that it's happened. I put up a post about the shortage on Talk of the Town Bourbonnais on Facebook. I couldn't believe all of the different people who commented that they were also shorted on their controlled substances. I called Walgreens to report the shortage and they called me back to tell me that they audited their supply and they had no extra pills. It's very apparent that they have someone who is taking pills out of their customers prescriptions. I have reported the problem to the Bourbonnais Police Department and Walgreens Corporate office. Someone actually commented that the Bourbonnais Walgreens pharmacy has had to fire employees who were caught taking controlled substances from their customers prescriptions. Do not trust them and always count your prescriptions before you leave the pharmacy. They have terrible customer service and dishonest people in their pharmacy.

I have never NOT had a problem with the pharmacy here. Every month getting my prescriptions filled was a struggle. Walgreens contacted ME to set up, “save a trip” for my monthly prescriptions & had me under the impression that they would be auto-refilling every month on a certain day but that was never the case. My meds were never ready on time, always some sort of delay or issue, customer service in-store & over the phone is a joke. ETC. 😒

As a customer it would be nice to feel valued not as a pain in the neck for them to just do the job. Speaking of the drive through pharmacy. Didn't go inside.
