Clean place However the general chicken I had was decent but not spectacular. Lacked a thick spicy sauce that mist Chinese places offer. The hot and sour soup was too spicy that was a little oily for my taste . I had to add aoy sauce to m reduce the flavor .

I ordered from Wame not realizing they changed hands and it was a big mistake. The food was absolutely terrible. Poor quality ingredients and items tasted old/stale. The other issue was delivery - instead of using Doordash as I normally do, I went to their website where they offered delivery for a $6 fee, which I was happy to pay because I thought it was going directly back to the restaurant. But nope. They use a third party vendor to make their deliveries, Postmates in this case, and there was a 30 minute delay from when the order was ready to when it was picked up and subsequently delivered. For reference, I live just down the street about 2 mins from the restaurant. Needless to say the food was soggy and/or cold and/or overcooked. I ordered 6 entrees and 3 appetizers and the total cost was about $130 with $10 tip and delivery. As mentioned above when I contacted them about the issues with this order, they only provided a myriad of excuses of why it wasn't their fault and that I should contact Postmates. They also stated that they do not provide refunds for any reason but did offer to remake the foil wrapped chicken. A side note on the crab rangoons - they were made with only cream cheese and nothing else. When I told the restaurant about it they said they no longer use crab in their rangoons because some people are allergic. Hopefully this review will help others make a more informed decision about ordering from this restaurant.
