I absolutely love the staff and technicians. They have a large variety of fabrics, notions and patterns. It’s the only place I’ll go for my machine maintenance.

Sew worth it is my Favorite store! I Bought my Baby lock over a year ago and I could not be more happier with my machine and the store. Top customer service! They deserve a million stars. Donna, Nancy and all of staff will give you a warm welcome as soon as you come in. They are all friendly, knowledgeable, Helpful and personable. Owner states I received a refund 2 months ago which was not received for 300.00+. The transaction for the refund is not my card although owner says it is. This is no longer my favorite store.

Was called about the crochet bias binding two weeks ago and have not received the binding and am wondering where it is. I know you didn't have all the whole bunch so I tood you to replace it with a color that was not included. Have heard nothing

Barbara I would call the shop, to get a faster answer. Aaron and Allison work hard to get orders out as fast as they can. There's also the problem with getting shipments, but I'd definitely give them a call.

I have a Kenmore that needs serviced . What is the charge for servicing, what is included, and how long does it take?

You need to go to Tops on Bee Ridge. It is 79 dollars to service. This includes cleaning and oiling.

I HAVE A VERY SMALL LEATHER BACKPACK AND THE STRAP SPLITS IN THE CENTER WITH A ZIPPER....I BOUGHT IT TO GO OVER THE ARM OF MY WHEELCHAIR BUT IT IS TO LONG....CAN YOU TELL ME IF YOUR SEWING MACHINE CAN GO OVER THE LEATHER AND ZIPPER TO MAKE IT SHORTE
