When I visited the office due to not getting anyone on the phone to my dismays they were overwhelm with phone calls. Still everyone was absolutely nice and the model was great. I was even surprise to get a follow up email days later from the manager. So to all the negative comments about phone calls and other issues go on-line make an appointment and be patient. Stop being idiots because things didn't go your way on impulse. Great job guys looking forward to moving in.

I have reached out to the leasing office multiple times by phone and going up there about my security deposit being returned. I have been gone for over a year now and would greatly appreciate my money being returned to me. They keep swopping out owners but the money is still due! Will contact BBB if I do not hear back by the end of this month at this point. Left due to rent increases and poor upkeep with the community and it seems not much has changed.

Dog feaces all over the place, drinks spilled over the staircase for the past 8 months and not bothered to clean up, summer is on still swimming pool is closed, have the lat pulldown machine but not the bar lol, no dumbells, TV's taken out from club house, snooker sticks taken away. WHAT KIND OF MANAGEMENT IS THIS. let me ask you this, are the managements paying out of their own pocket for this facilities?. They said we going under renovation few months back, what renovation you talking about?. All things were well organized since the opening of apartments. Compare this photos and the ones on the site, see the differences by yourself. We live here so we know the problems. So rude, irresponsible management. DON'T MOVE IN HERE!!!

If you have an issue with your unit, prepare to either deal with it yourself or just live with it. I have actual holes in my ceiling from an upstairs leak that took place July of 2021. They come by and look at it and then never come back. This complex has descended from livable to actual garbage. The lack of care for cleanliness on the grounds is also deplorable. Broken glass and garbage on the sidewalks go weeks without being cleaned. Watch out to anyone that has a pet! Would not recommend this apartment to anyone. The amount you pay is not worth what you get in return.
