I just moved in to a one-bedroom studio. The process was very smooth to move-in, and the staff was very helpful. The amenities have also been very nice here. The staff also does a great job of connecting to the community through reminders and engagement. Overall, a great experience so far.

Roaches. ROACHES. Extremely rude staff. Do NOT trust Tasha (asst mgr). HORRIBLE APARTMENT. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Wish I could rate 0 stars. I strongly recommend NOT moving to the Lowrie. There are 5 star reviews on google that were made by the staff themselves!! (Like Tasha and other affiliates). Incredibly misleading. The staff is not helpful. I’ve dealt with missing packages and the assistant manager, Tasha, treated my partner and I with no respect, fake “nice” tones, and condescending remarks. Forget about the packages because the staff will be of no help. NOSY neighbors and NOSY apartment staff. Always up in your business for no reason. The management has a high turnover and while attempting to be friendly towards the renters, they will find a problem with ANYTHING. You won’t be able to enjoy a normal life, you have to whisper and tip toe because any noise of natural human existence: boom noise complaint. They will do anything to grab a penny from you. Your parking sensor doesn’t work? $50. Even though the gate is always being fixed as it is often broken. Lights in the hallway are always flickering. Elevator is broken a lot. There are so many bugs. ROACHES EVERYWHERE. The only nice thing about this apartment is the dog park. But if your dogs are very friendly and you aren’t in the dog park first, be careful as the other renters will not be courteous if their dogs are aggressive/unfriendly. Maintenance guys are cool and very nice. Management makes this apartment seem so appealing at first…. What a lie. Way too expensive of an apartment for the constant problems, rude staff (minus the maintenance staff), disgusting and unclean. Not worth the money. The asst manager and leasing director, Tasha and Brandi, are rude and will berate you publicly, including calling you names. The manager who took over i guess, after I’ve seen 2 other managers in a span of 6 months.. Bethany? Not responsive to email communication whatsoever. No idea how Tasha has worked there as long as she has…. Probably because she manipulates just about every situation she’s in. BEWARE!!!! Tasha, Brandi, and Bethany all need to be evaluated as staff at this complex. They made me feel like I was living under a dictatorship rather than my own personal space. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!

COVID-19 DIDNT STAND A CHANCE! The staff handled every obstacle swiftly, safely, and strategically. The Excellence has been so amazing, most don't even think to write a review to thank them for how amazing its been. The maintenance team literally disinfects the hallways at least twice a day. I walk into the apartment complex everyday smelling the fresh fragrance of the routine clean of the hallways and walkways. Most of the amenities are closed mostly but the pool is open and they have a digital sign in system to ensure a limited amount of people at the pool in an hour block. The maintenance team like clock work cleans and operates the pool to make sure we're all safe. THIS PLACE IS EXCEPTIONAL.
