Came here while on a seven month work trip. Thought this would be a better experience than the cheaper options I’ve been staying at. It’s certainly not. I booked one of the premium rooms via the app and it didn’t have an option to declare having a dog. I was downgraded rooms when checking in but was somehow charged more than a premium room with a pet!? Front desk gave me attitude over basic requests (like a remote for the TV, how dare I). I’ve tried calling customer support and attempted to use the app for support, no success. Far from being worth the extra money. Go someplace else.

We were greeted by a wonderful young gentleman when we arrived. Justin made sure our check in process went very smoothly and he was able to help us extend our stay when we decided to stay an extra night. Justin was professional, kind, and thorough. In the customer service industry, he is top notch. In my opinion he could teach classes in that regard. Our only constructive feedback would be that perhaps the breakfast area could offer a few limited gluten free options as well as dairy free for those who require that dietary need.

This is a very nice hotel. Check in was easy. The room was spotless. I gave four stars instead of five because I had a fall in the shower in the morning. The tub was extremely slippery. I did complete an Incident Report. The staff showed concern for my injuries. I hope the situation has been addressed. I would stay here again. I would stay here again.

Our arrival experience was great and very welcoming. Staff was great and person checking us in was very friendly. Hotel is newer and has modern look and feel and lobby extended all the way to very nice deck. Hotel has a great view on the back side and we were on the higher floor which made it pleasant even when we were in the. room. Room was clean but it can be cleaned better and may be pay more attention to smaller items like top of the microwave had fine layer of dust. But floor, bedding and bathroom were very clean and smelled fresh so no complaints there. All staff members were great with an exception of one at the desk who could be more friendlier and I believe his name Kevin. No bad experience but when other staff members are so nice, one who is not stands out and that's is the only reason I mentioned it. Overall experience was just great and I praise the management and ownership for making it great. Staff must like their jobs and that was very visible. I will definitely be back.
