Not sure who manages this location but it’s very sad that on multiple occasions the inventory never changes especially in the back of the store. Very unorganized and messy for the amount of product (or lack there of). Meanwhile other goodwills lack of store square footage. This one is very empty. As for customers unable to use the bathrooms that is ridiculous. Most goodwills in Washington County MD won’t let you use the bathrooms. But everywhere else does. You could lock them and allow customers to use when needed just maybe people would shop in your locations longer. A bathroom should be provided and stop with the poor excuses as to why you won’t allow them to be used.

This is the largest, most spacious Goodwill I have ever seen, but there is very little in it except clothes. Very disappointing. The staff was great but there was not much to buy.
