I had contacted a few companies for prices and found Terminix to be the most affordable. During both the inspection and treatment the employees were very kind, they arrived early, and took care of the situation.

Their customer service is far less than professional. When you call C/S, they are very rude on the phone, if they answer at all. They don't return phone calls, they don't return online messages. I have had to call multiple times just to get someone on the phone, then get left on hold for upwards of 10 minutes. When they tell you that someone will get back to you, they don't! I'm on a quarterly plan, and they don't show up as scheduled; I have had to call to find out when they're going to show up. I'm tired of hearing that its staff shortages; if you can't uphold service agreements, then you shouldn't make promises you can't keep.

Called on a Wednesday and was charged for a service. I was told multiple times I had a scheduled appointment for the following Saturday between 10-12. At 12PM on Saturday I called them and told them no one showed yet. I was told my appointment was written down but never actually scheduled?? I was then told I would maybe receive a call back in 1-2 business days and that it would be at least 2 weeks before I could get someone. I have called 4 different times talking to someone new every time and not once have I gotten a call back nor any suggestion of how they are going to fix the situation other than “sorry that happened we will call you back.” Unacceptable and horrible customer service. Not to mention I still have a $150 charge with absolutely no service

I am with Terminix Knoxville for more than 5 years. Everything was normal in the past. They were coming for termite inspections, providing me with the reports and I was paying their bills. Unfortunately, within last two years something changed with the management. They stopped sending the reports, my phone calls and emails were unanswered. I started to worry. Three months ago it took me tremendous effort to elicit response from their office. Question was: how many times per year are you coming, where do you send your reports and when your next inspection? On May 18, 2022 Jennifer finally replied, saying that the technician comes for inspection in June. I waited an entire month but nbody shown up. I called on July 1 at 9:00 am to Terminix office and was lucky to hear Jennifer’s voice. She said that my address is no longer her territory and connected me to a voicemail of her colleague. I left a message. No result. A week elapsed; I have not heard anything from Terminix. Certainly, I am contemplating leave Terminix and start with other company but in this case, I have to buy the equipment (centercons) again. So far Terminix owes me refund for the undelivered service. I may press charges to refund me for the equipment as well, because the abandoned me. Thank you. Continued. 08/08/2022. Three months elapsed since I posted the previous review. Finally, a technician showed up and inspected the baits. He is poorly equipped; he lucks a stick to find the sentry pods. (They contain the inserts for the termites). So, he found only 6 out of 8 baits. He used the toe of his own boot for this purpose and disturb entire mulch layer on my front lot. After he left, I had to rake the field to smooth it. Worst of all the Terminix does not change inserts even after the year in the ground. I brought all my grievances to the management. No reply again as they didn’t reply first time. What is going on with Terminix Knoxville? Their ‘reply’ is just for show. The management pretends that they reply to the customer. I am sorry. In the past Terminix was excellent company. Thank you.

Yes they do show when scheduled. Call the office so they can call the tech.
Usually roaches would be priced on a case by case basis. The best thing to do is schedule a free inspection and let the technician determine what you need. Very rarely can roaches be eliminated in one treatment
