This management team was very rude and unhelpful in my apartment hunting journey, especially the assistant manager Denise, who was EXTREMELY IMPATIENT AND RUDE to a first time renter. I waited over 3 weeks to hear back about an application I submitted when several units were available, just to hear that there are no longer any available units. I had to call several times and send several emails to even get an update on my application status to finally receive an answer today. Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of my time!!

Maintenance is horrible and “emergency maintenance” is even worse I’ve had a leak in my ceiling for about 3 going on 4 weeks now and nobody cares. The leak is getting worse as time goes by and I just discovered another leak in my kitchen as well and no one is helping, Also the front office barely answers their phone. Once they get you moved in they respond whenever they feel like it.

I’ve been living here for 3 years going on 4 and Links at Citiside apartments are a great start if you’re looking for an apartment. My experience here has been wonderful. The staff has done an outstanding job meeting my standards of living here especially Ms. Sigearie, actually the whole staff are civilized and discreet. So if you’re looking for an apartment come join us.

For my first place on my own this was a decent place to live. However beware of trash area building up and finding trash in the breezeways. It took weeks for the ac to be fixed because it wasn’t considered an emergency because of the temperature outside yet the apartment was reaching over 90 inside (third floor apartment). The leasing office also fails on communication with each other. I dropped off a written notice of 60 days prior to my lease ending and I was also in communication and they were in understanding for months that I had no interest in renewing the lease. upon move out I dropped off my keys at the office they took them from me and didn’t follow up with me until 5 days later. A paper copy was also handed to the office for our lease renewal, it turns out the one on file is not the one we turned in and was signed underneath the online portal with one of the applicants on the lease matching the IP address of the manger that signed off on it. My stay here was not pleasant. Constant music playing and the residents to not take pride in the community that they live in. Thanks to this I have lost a great friendship of mine that was my roommate for over a year and also my best friend because they wanted to charge me for another months rent. Stay clear of this place. It’s not worth the price and pay close attention to the rest of the reviewers.
