Yesterday I had my first tour and by far was it my best tour I’d been on super informative and honest which is support important, we looked at a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom and it’s was gorgeous it also came with a sun room and a balcony absolutely stunning, definitely will be submitting my application !! Fingers crossed ‼️

Great location to anything you could need, safe area, grounds well kept and clean, maintenance team very efficient, lots of community events planned, amenities are nice (they even have peloton bikes in the gym!), great size apartments for the price, and wonderful and friendly staff. In the office, Damien is awesome and super helpful and Angela is part of the reason I decided to lease here in the first place. Easily one of the best apartment complexes Iv ever lived in and I would highly recommend!

We moved here a little over 3 months ago and we LOVE it! The location is great, close distance to every store you'll need and not too far from the highways and CLT airport too. The staff and maintenance team are all awesome and very helpful! And the apartments are spacious- both bedrooms and bathrooms and even the balcony! Overall, amazing place to live in.

I went in to tour a few Sundays ago but the leasing door was locked. I realized it was 4:45 and they may have closed a few minutes early which is my fault but a nice resident did offer to show me around. I will definitely come back to apply. The area looks nice and clean and is close to many shops. It's a high traffic area but I'm assuming it's due to the shops. I was told that if you live in a 1 bedroom that you can hear your neighbors quite a bit with the shared walls because they are thin but I will be applying for a 2 bedroom so hopefully that will not be an issue. I'm assuming a courtesy officer is in place here because if so I'm sold! Beautiful pool area as well :)
