Make sure to take a long look at all these reviews before moving in. The “I just spoke to so and so and had a great convo” are clearly just going off of the mask of first impressions. There are a ton of problems here, would you really want me to state them all? If you are a resident good luck getting a phone call in, they purposely ignore resident phone call, I have seen it while being in the office. They essentially throw apartments together and call it luxury, base boards coming apart, off colored water damage from leaks the very quickly painted over areas are now coming off easily. There is a bug issue, I’m pretty sure I’ve found a spider a day coming from vents. My door is dented unkept- the dead bolt to my door isn’t even the same dead bolt and is barely the right size for the door, my dead bolt to the balcony is the only thing holding the door to the frame, If you push on it and it’s unlocked it comes right open, the keys we were issued at the beginning were all wrong especially for mail boxes, we were given multiple peoples mail box keys that weren’t to our apartment that took about 2 months to sort out, everything is really just kinda thrown together and made to look decent at move in. Trust me when I say, I have stayed in worse places for sure. However, for that 1500 dollar and up price tag they give you about the same service as a cheap 60 dollar motel. Good luck if you decide to move in. I have personally been extremely patient with the staff and management here. I’m over it. Lol and 4 months later they officially want me to sign a lease because they had someone mess ours up at the start. Fun times at the banks. Avenue 5 (the property owners) is definitely unprofessional, clearly have absolutely no idea how to run a business and just kinda pathetic really. Good luck

i am absolutely in love with this neighborhood, i moved in on Friday. I worked with Jenny to get me in, she was definitely GREAT, her energy was up the roof and she is really a good person to talk to. She helped me get in as fast as possible. i definitely recommend talking to Jenny if you are trying to move ASAP.

Toured with Jenny yesterday and it was fantastic. In my hunt for housing I stumbled on The Banks without hesitation I popped in 30 minutes prior to closing and was welcomed by Jenny’s positive attitude and upbeat personality. She was happy to show me around and provide me with details on updates coming in the near future in addition to pricing. I have been on many tours and this was one of the best Jenny was kind and informative but also friendly and knowledgeable. The property was beautiful and it was nice to see a diverse staff for a change.

I am a new tenant and have had nothing but a great experience since the changing of arms here at Rivergate. "Jenny" has been great since our first meeting. And I've had a few complaints, but she's always heard me out and have made my grievances a priority for her and the staff to respond to...her word is good and she's very respectful...she's very easy to talk to and work with, she's definitely an asset to the team here at Rivergate and we are lucky and happy to have "Jenny" at this property.
