These apartments were a good affordable quick find for me. No issues after being here over a year, until unruly people moved in above me. Several complaints to the rent office & STILL complaining of STOMPING, BASKETBALL BOUNCING and jumping off furniture! The rent office does absolutely nothing and suggests I call the police! All they care about is rent! Which is exactly why I deliberately pay my rent when I want too! I’m not gone be in a rush to pay rent when I can’t even sleep peacefully! Was going to transfer me, showed me another unit & all only for corporate to deny the transfer stating “it’s not a transfer” WHAT?! IF YOU LIKE YOUR PEACE DON’T MOVE HERE! Nothing more than a expensive housing project!!!!

My car was stolen here delivering food while I was just feet away. It was a coordinated effort by 3 men and an older female lookout who obviously lived in the building. It took 30 seconds. The 2 men blocked me in the breezeway while the other one took off. They do not have any cameras. Be careful, not a safe area.

I toured this property last week. Jasmine is very nice and helpful. The apartment I was shown was cute but not the exact layout I'd be renting. When I spoke with someone on the phone I was quoted a great rate and when I arrived for my tour I was given a paper with this same great rate written on it. Once the tour ended (which was only of the apartment, I was never told about any amenities that this community may offer such as pool or gym, laundry etc) I decided to do the application and the rental rate had magically GONE UP OVER $200 more than what I was quoted 15mins ago. Definitely a waste of my time. The commute would have been too far for me anyway so it's all good. I just wish it would have been more up front with rates. Seems like a cute place but 2 stars for perceived deceitfulness.
