They got quite an enterprise going on here, ripping off the people of Albuquerque. Frivolous fees, rents and lots of false advertising. The people here are rude and disrespectful and can care less of actually helping someone. Over priced and over rated Micky Mouse apartment complexes. This place is old and worn out and still charge you outrageous ridiculous rents and fees. And what's up with these so called sleeping rooms??? They charge over $700+ for a tiny room, with nothing else I think it was supposed to be storage closets for tenants but they rent them as sleeping rooms, not even sure if it's legal.

I don’t know how to thank Marizza enough! She has gone above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered and has made sure that my experience getting a new apartment would be as smooth as possible. She truly is amazing! I am very exited to move in. Not many people take the time and actually help out, but she has every time. Only good things to say about this place & the people! Thank you Desert Creek for everything!

I lived her for a year and I regret not staying but it’s too late now. It’s an affordable apartment so you can’t expect it to be perfect but management made up for everything. I always felt heard and understood there and it was my first apartment and I didn’t really know what I was doing so them treating me like an adult really helped out. I recommend this apartment to pretty much everyone. Alex from maintenance was also super cool. A lot of the time I was home alone and I’m a girl so of course I get worried but I always felt safe. Also, there was never any crime or break ins which is always a concern in ABQ. the only reason we left was because I’m pregnant and we needed a 2br but honestly the 1beds are so huge we should have stayed. Maybe we’ll come back one day. Anyways, I look back on my stay here and it was a good one.
