Great location, you have restaurants, fastfood, grocery stores a few parks all around a 10 to 15 min walk, get your cardio in, even a few poke stops and gyms close by for you GO players haha. Grounds team keep the area looking good. Management is friendly and always there to help with your needs. Hot days there's a pool on site for a quick dip.

Such a beautiful complex with the most amazing staff!! Everyone I have come in contact with has been super friendly, especially the property manager, Shayla. I cannot begin to express the gratitude I have for her. Shayla exceeds all expectations and truly gives her all to her residents. You can tell how much she cares about the residents, and how much she values everyone around her. You are greeted with a warm, welcoming smile and leave feeling like you’ve made a new friend. She is extremely knowledgeable and helps you understand the leasing process. I feel like I can go to her about anything, resting assured that it will get done. Thank you Shayla for all that you do!!

I admire Lader Vista’s maintenance for the safety of tenets. They spray for insects monthly. The fire extinguishers under the sink are inspected yearly. The dryer vents are cleaned yearly. Communication by email from the management is helpful in keeping our community up to date. My apartment is well maintained and clean. The community is quiet. The management is quick to respond to an maintenance issues. The grounds are kept neat and clean. Kristen, the manager, and her staff are friendly and accommodating. You can’t beat the location with shopping nearby. The golf course across the street give the apartments a feeling of space and nature. All in all a pleasant place to live.
