Been a tenant since May. First maintenance man was great and fixed things quickly. He quit because of horrible management here! Work order for AC, ignored, just left a second voicemail!! ! No management or maintenance on property for over a week! The property is filthy! I am in the middle of a partial electric outage in my apartment, no power to my refrigerator and NO EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE phone number provided or available! Save your money for a place that actually cares about their tenants!

The management and the team working with the property manager are always on it. This is a great place to live at, since the time I've been here Katrina has been super helpful and never made us wait for anything we need/had ask for. The apartments are just great and I really appreciated all the work they're doing to make this place look better, even as it is.

People break in and steal your food and peace, pest control leaves chemicals that sedate you and fail to kill bed bugs, neighboars on probation with severe alcoholism and mental disorders, everybody minds eachothers business, the ac has a toxic stench, maintenance is sick with power, they pretend to change the locks and give you the same key? Had to run away due to hostility. Dont move in here please...

I have visited this place cause a friend lives there. This place is a horrible place to live. This place is full of drug users, alcoholics, mentally disturbed tenants, ex-convicts, drug dealers, etc. This is no place to live. It is not safe because of all the terrible tenants that reside there. Definetly not a place to reside, especially with small children. Apartments are not as shown on this website.
