Apartments are spacious and safe but you don’t get attached bathroom even in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment! That’s a little disappointment

We had a decent experience here until new management took over. They didn't take care of the facilities like the old owners, and the staff wasn't as helpful or friendly. Our son lived there during pharmacy school, and I worried how he would be taken care of. Cars were being stolen during his last months. When we moved out, they were very nice and told us the apartment was in wonderful shape, now I just received a bill for over $400 because they said we didn't give them enough notice for moving out even though they knew we were moving out because his school was ending. We had lived there for years, and took great pride in the apartment but all they care about is money...not their tenants. They had discussed with us about our move out date on multiple occasions. Look for nicer accommodations in Nob Hill...you will be treated better.

I moved here last August as I was starting a PhD program at the university. It's been nice so far, just a few small complaints here and there. But now that it's spring and the weather is getting warmer, I have been miserable in my apartment. Highs have been in the 80s all week and I live on the top floor. I don't think management knows how much warmer it is up here. You can feel the difference when you walk out of the elevator onto the top floor - it's warm. I called to ask when they would be switching the building to AC and I was told the first week of May, despite the high temperatures for the last week of April being 89 degrees. I do a lot of work from home and can barely stand to sit at my desk it's so warm in my apartment, and it's going to be even hotter next week. I pay thousands of dollars to live here, I should be comfortable in my own apartment.

Never live here. It used to be nice. But several months ago, the company changed. Now you may be waked up 6:30 Am due to pool and garden projection some times. Complains did not make any difference. This building has mouse and mosquitoes. By the way, the sink keeps popping out dirty water on Saturday is not an emergency any more. You need to keep watching closely, if water flow out to the floor then call them, or if not you need to wait for the working day on the list. That was what I was told. How ridiculous! In addition, the very loud projection noise last more than 2 months, which waked you up as early as 6:30Am, affect your study or work from home , even sometimes scared your kids. Moreover, you can't open the window during daytime because of so many dust floating in the air. In spite of all above, the manager still refused any compensation, like rent credit. He told us the projection will be close by middle October, but there still left lots of things to do with the pool by now. So, who knows whether all the things will be completed by early 2022. Update about the sink problems: I called them on Sat and they told me they should come on Mon. Then I called them again on Mon 2pm, 4pm, and got reply that the repair guy should come sooner, but at 5pm, I was told that they will come on Tue. Actually, they never show up. I finally found time and went to the office by myself on Friday. And the repair guy spent half an hour to fix the problems. Thank God, after 6 days waiting, I could use my kitchen again.
