Be very cautious. Watch your bill. I recently got a letter on my door saying I needed renters insurance, which I have had for 3 years at this residence. The office never reached out asking for confirmation of coverage. Instead they charged me a lease violation fee for the last 3 months before they posted the letter on my door. I have proof of coverage that has never lapsed. I called the office asking to be reimbursed due do there mistake. I was told that they could not reimburse me. It was handled completely wrong on there behalf. -A letter on the door asking for proof of coverage -A phone call from them asking for proof of coverage. Nothing like that happened. They just started charging lease violation fees wait 3 months then post a letter on my door. Very bothered about how it was handled. Sounds like to me there is a serious lake of communication in the office and blame the tenants. It’s unfortunate because prior to this I really had no complaints (minus the water shut offs, which seem to have been fixed in my building) I hope the office can admit they were in the wrong and try to make a conservative effort to get me reimbursed for there lack of communication.

I was going to move into unit 3129 (a one bedroom one bath apartment) a week ago because I really enjoyed the place. When I went to sign the paperwork, there was a $375 non-refundable pet fee that was not mentioned to me when I first looked at the unit. They also said that if my pets damaged the place that it would be additional money out of my pocket. When I asked for further information on why the fee was so high they proceeded to tell me it was “just policy.” I felt an uneasiness so I decided to hold off. After talking with Erica for a while, she later informed me that the $100 security deposit used to hold the place was also non-refundable. I’ve talked with other complexes and they have a 72-hour change of plans policy. This place seems really sketchy (though I have never lived here) and I would warn anyone thinking if moving in that they don’t seem to care about your needs, they are solely there to make money. I found another complex that cares more and told me absolutely everything. Erica also hung up on me, today, after I said that I am leaving a bad review. She didn’t seem mature enough to handle the situation at hand, so I would be weary. In response to the owner’s comment: I do sincerely hope you try to improve and you are taking each comment as a means to improve. I believe the behavior presented is unacceptable, and I believe that there needs to be some serious re-training of staff. Overall, the place was fantastic, but please do not be greedy. It shows and it steers people (who do not make millions) away. Treat your residents with the respect you wish to have from a landlord.

Honestly if I could go back in time, I would. In the past year that I have lived here, the water has been shut off at least 10 times (those are only the ones I counted in my email, they used to put a paper on the door) which has been an extreme inconvenience. I’ve heard that multiple apartments have flooded, so that’s great. They have basically no security, they call it “courtesy patrol” that you have to call for them to come onto the property, and even when we called on multiple occasions for a noise complaint, they never returned our calls. I genuinely thought this was a good area, I was dead wrong. My car was stolen in March from the parking lot, along with other attempted break-ins to other cars. Last night, my husbands car was broken into as well. The staff are generally nice but I have seen a lot of people come and go. The on-site laundry has had issues with the machines so there was no way to put money on to the laundry cards, not being able to wash our clothes. And the biggest gripe I have is that they are raising the rent around $350-$400 due to the “market” without making any changes to the apartment. So if you want to move into a 1 bed 1 bath that is $1,100 then you are almost guaranteed to have your water shut off multiple times, have your car broken into and/or stolen, unable to do laundry, and at the end of your lease they will most likely hike your rent up to where you’ll have to move out.

0 star. I wish I could gave them 0 star, not even 1. The worst place to rent and live. 1- worst possible staff they have. 2- After 3 months of leaving that place (Jan 2022), I did not received my deposit check back. Called them more than 10 times, and each time, they just did not give me a clear answer. They just called back 2 times. They just keep blaming an accountant, Kevin, who was impossible to talk with since he seems to be busy. You cannot talk with any manager, it seems no one is in charge. Finally, I got a check in May 2022. And guess what, without any explanation, any report, any details they took $ 213.40 out of $500. I cleaned the apartment, no damage to anything. .............................. Even if you have to live in a tent, I do not suggest renting their place.
