I've been here 13 years and I love it! Leslie and her crew are awesome! Everybody knows me and my family by name. Landscapers come in every week and Oscar and Santos are always on top of repairs. I feel safe here. From the food trucks to the pool parties and Happy hour Fridays, it's a great place to live. I feel like I get a lot of bang for my buck even though rent went up by quite a bit. But that's the market right now. Not planning on moving anytime soon.

I stayed at the Del Rio Apartments in 2021 and can say that the staff were amazing, specifically Ary. Food trucks were commonplace, and a chance for the community to get to know one another (staff and residents alike). I personally had a great time while there and would recommend. Five stars.

Staff are amazing which is why they get 5 stars. I'll get to the rest in a moment. Ari, specifically, has always been very attentive to requests and work orders. She knows my family by name and is always cheerful despite what may be going on. She is a great addition to an extremely professional yet, personable staff. I have lived in the community for a few years now. The price vs ademeneties has always been really fair. Can't beat the location. The price post-covid is something that I question but also in-line with, "the market." This is my only criticism because my family and I really like it here but we are afraid of things continue we will not be able to or want to stay. I hope corporate sees this because this is whom this is directed to. You are a private enterprise and you can set your prices to whatever you want. I'm not sure what "market" you are looking at but you can do better. You are going to price your tenants out of your units if you continue to raise prices this dramatically. What you are charging is quickly outpacing what people can afford. This is bordering on greed just a little bit. Despite what the "market" says you can do what is fair to your people. A close to 30% increase is slightly hard for me or others I have spoken with to reconcile. These are middle-class folks. Your community prices are not reflecting your demographic. Do better. With that said, the staff is amazing. Leslie and Ari are responsive and attentive. Prices are hard to get away from right now and let's *hope* corporate folks listen to what your happy tenants are saying because if this keeps going you aren't going to have tenants. 248 x 0 = 0.

We lived at Del Rio for almost two years and cannot say enough good things about it. The only reason we left was because we bought a house. The location is quiet and safe and close to many great businesses. The office staff is amazing. Always so friendly and willing to help. The maintenance staff is kind and works hard and completed maintenance orders quickly. We’ll miss you Del Rio team
