Disgusting apartments and disgusting people working here. Attitudes, no apologies, and bed bugs. The cockroaches here literally pile up in the lights from the upstairs neighbors. They charge you for items after you move out that you've written as damaged on move in. They also have electricity running from their office to power an empty unit to use as an office. Scammers and thieves.

This apartment complex does not even deserve the one star im giving just because I want to write this review. Their services are extremely poor. Their employee services are not friendly, fake sneaky and rarely ever answer any special requests and or normal requests except when the management system finds it in their convenience and leisure. Their maintenance workers are dangerous and harmful and threatening to the complex tenants. This place is like being in a poorly controlled family based management system. They favor tenants who act like rats to the higher management employees. They DO not support the honest tenants here. I have lived here 8 years and they have gone through at least one full owner family a year.

I am beyond happy that the current 'managerial team' is leaving. They have got to be the Worst team we have had in my 8 years of being here. Please, PLease, let the next team listen to us tennants, and Stop treating us like INMATES! Update: the new team is in place. And OMG! They are human! Such a relief, a breath of fresh air! Things are getting done without favoritism, or grief. Hopefully, they will stay for a very long time! Thank you Standard East! (May 20, 2021)

Anything PMI. Roaches, bad leasing agents, no accountability. Stay away from PMI ANY SISTER PROPERTIES. They will charge you for cleaning even if you cleaned perfectly and had pictures, save your receipts because they will lie about the actual amount you pay for a deposit. They don't repair anything then charge you for things that were already broken when you moved in. New management claims not to know a number to their own corporate office to inquire about charges. Worthless! New Mexico deserves better than this. Dirty, roaches and bed bugs and they claim it to be the renters fault when it's a common problem. Dirty laundry room, nothing works in the workout room. Skip!!!!!!!
