I've lived at La Vida Buena for a little over 7 months now but I have to say it is the nicest apartment I have stayed in yet. Every single member of the staff that I've met has been incredibly friendly, supportive, and helpful. Not a bad experience to this day (which is not common in my experience with renting). Plus the apartment itself is beautiful. It genuinely brings me so much joy walking in the courtyard surrounded by the brick buildings and greenery. Highly recommend.

Been here since October 2021 so far its been great. Staff and maintenance is awesome, Doug from maintenance is always quick to help, even if it's not a maintenance issue. Keep up the great work guys.

The staff at La Vida are incredibly helpful and pleasant! The maintenance supervisor Doug is absolutely wonderful; he is really thorough completing a maintenance request and always friendly. He seems to really care about the residents and is a pleasure to deal with. I hope he doesn't leave because he is such an asset!
