Villa Hermosa makes me wish I was eligible for "affordable" housing. If you have vouchers and are looking for a place to live start your search here...you may not need to look elsewhere.

Definitely not a place I would recommend anyone live. Management was horrible and recently changed but did not notify any residents of the change. There is constant police activity and there have been multiple murders. There are gates but they are left open or broken so really no use. I’ve lived here for 4 years and have never seen security even after my car and other residents cars were vandalized on multiple occasions. Maintenance request are not completed in a timely manner. The “amenities” are never available for use. The only good thing was my close neighbors.

I loved living there years ago, but they don't have any openings, rentals lately. I'd love to move back in thought.

I have only been a visitor to the property. It is always clean and quiet. With the exception of kids playing and riding bikes, it seems like a quiet family community. During my first visit I parked in the lot for about 4 hours and during this time I got a violation for not having proper registration. Which let's me know they are on it. I have seen security several times during night time hours. If I ever go back to living in a apartment community I will definitely consider Villa Hermosa.

Yes there are. They have breed restrictions. They have a $300 pet deposit and pet rent too I believe?
No I wouldn’t recommend it due to I lived their for 3.5 years and first it was great called maintenance they would come then 2 nd year went by and it became a nightmare from homicides happening to maintenance stop coming to them not fixing anything even when I notified them I have a young children in the home that has health issues to my apartment infested with roaches and the 3 rd year my car was broken into my license plate was stolen I made police reports I reported it to the office nothing was done I felt unsafe in my own home and the half of the year I considered moving I put my 30 day notice because I found a different apartment but was told I made to much and when I went to let the office know if I could renew my lease I was told no they rented my apartment and that I would have to move and be out they gave me 4 days to be out then sent me a bill for it not being properly cleaned which that debt collector is harassing me talking down to me I am a mother with 4 kids and pregnant
