It seems they didn't like my other review and kept it from being posted on their website, so I had to turn to my friend to write a google review. From Gary T... I understand Kelly is doing the best she can, but this property needs more manager(s)' presence to address several issues. I won't get into the specific problems with my unit -- of which there are many -- and instead would like to address two major amenities (or lack thereof) and one tenant-driven problem. 1. The Pool The pool has been closed since May, with a note telling us residents that it will be "opening soon". As summer begins to end, it's frustrating that we have been unable to use any of the pool. And if you ask management for a time frame, you're given the same excuse each time about chemicals, blah blah blah, opening soon. Don't advertise an amenity you can't actually allow us to use. 2. The Common Area Room This would be a fantastic place for residents to hang out and watch tv! But, the TV has been broken, with no hope in sight for its revival. I will say Kelly has done an excellent job making it into a lounge, and she does her best to keep it stocked. But guess what, she is ONE person, and she needs, nay, DESERVES some help. 3. Trash Shoots To my fellow residents: be better. Kelly has told us time and time again what can and cannot go into those shoots. I have several photos of my floor's shoot being crammed with boxes. What's worse is that the person who comes to use it after is left with a stuck shoot; instead of making the trek to outside garbage, we seem to think it's okay to leave hefty bags full of garbage right outside the shoot, as if some trash fairy is going to come pick it up. Stop being gross. Kelly has enough on her plate (see above), we can't expect her to police each floor's trash bin. I lived through the dark days of being managed by Graystar, so I am fully aware that this new managment group presents an upgrade. If I'm honest though, Greystar set an extremely low bar, and we should have higher expectations. This property is in an excellent locations, with friendly tenants and a landlord who is doing an incredible job. This is not meant to be a scathing review of her, but rather a plea for the property owners to hire someone that can help keep this place from falling into disrepair again.

I’ve lived here for a year now and it’s extremely safe and quiet. The management has been great and accommodating when needing to enter my unit and have been respectful of my cat. This is the first place in Albuquerque that I have lived where there are ZERO bugs present. I rarely see other tenants and feel like I have a lot of personal space for an apartment building. Living here has made my life less stressful. I do wish the parking gate was fixed but that’s it !!

Walking in the building and immediately ran into 2 cockroaches on the floor. Lady is Lacking basic customer service at the very least. Front desk person is super rude. I don't recommend this place.

There is a washer and dryer in each home. We also offer on-site dry cleaning and laundry service.

No but there are few children here. There are many here that are 55+ and there is no playground for children.
