Not worth it. Rent is expensive everywhere, but if you’re willing to pay $1300+ you can find better. Old structure, you can hear everything from the units above and adjacent to you. Roaches, ants, and black widows are common. You HAVE to pay additional each month for valet trash service even if you take out your trash yourself, and the valet trash service is part of the reason so many pests live here. Get comfortable with seeing everyone’s trash outside their front door. As a farewell to me as a resident, they towed my truck due to the construction they’ve been doing here for over a month. They posted one door notice and sent one email. No warnings whatsoever beyond that. They have everyone’s contact information and know which buildings we live in. There is absolutely no reason for them not to send a reminder when parking lot construction was occurring in your section. $100 cash only to get the boot removed - sounds like a scam to me. Do not move here.

Brianna, the assistant manager at AYA was so great to work with. She worked diligently to get my partner and I approved and made the application process a breeze. All the staff at AYA seem wonderful and we gladly get to call this place home. :)

This apartment complex is aggressively mediocre for the price. I lived there for 7 years (2014-2021). During that time we had four different property management companies. The current one is trying to fix up the grounds, but they don’t have nearly the maintenance staff they need to maintain a complex of that size. Work orders went ignored for months unless you called and reminded them weekly. I lived on the second floor and had a horrendous reoccurring problem with ants in my shower. They were getting in through a hole in the caulking. I placed dozens of work orders for it and the most they ever did was a sloppy job caulking over the hole. The ants would be back weeks later. Finally I redid the entire tub caulking myself by watching YouTube tutorials. That finally fixed the problem. So be aware that if you want the job done right you may have to fix things yourself. The apartment complex is generally safe and the noise levels by the office weren’t too bad. I noticed they raised the rent on my one bedroom by several hundred dollars after I moved out though. It definitely isn’t worth that! Be sure to disconnect the auto pay on your rent a few months before if you’re breaking the lease. They took $4500 out of my bank account the last month I was there. They charged the fee for breaking the lease twice and I had to take almost a whole day off of work to fix their mistake.

I’ve resided here for 2 years, the first wasn’t so bad - maintenance team was great, amenities offered for community awesome! However this place has truly gone downhill. It’s no longer a quiet community, in my two years I’ve had 1 vehicle …
