My daughter is currently staying there as far as them taking care of her is been pretty good other than a few mishaps of one shift not telling the next shift what medicines may or may not have changed management team and doctor said they care about the children but they have a funny way of showing it.. the management team there really have zero communication skills you get lied to constantly they say you can come and be there you get there then they say no they have you leave you get it planned with one person and then the next person comes in and says no don't matter what that person says been dealing with this for 6 weeks will not be going back ever again I cannot do the lies

Worst and inconsiderate place I've been . have a appointment with my daughter to find out I'd she has any conditions I get up here and they tell me at the front desk even the security guard said we can't allow you to be here BC you do not have an I'd . I tell them and explain my wallet got stole out my car last night and they still tell me I can't be here so while my daughter is inside with her mother I am sitting out here in a hot parking garage missing out n important stuff I need to know . hmmm seems like hospitals aren't hospitals anymore

Worst first impression I've ever had with any hospital. Drove 6 and 1/2 hours for my daughter's appointment. No one told us of the covid rules, they tried to kick me and my 6 year old son out of the hospital (main lobby) because we had one person too many to go to the appointment. I just drove 6 hours to have my daughter seen and you try to kick us out after we said my son and I was not going into the appointment with my daughter, and we would just stay in the main lobby to keep away from everyone else. Now there wasn't many people in the lobby waiting so i don't see the problem of us waiting in the lobby away from others. I'm sorry but I feel like they were vary inconsiderate of our family. Her other doctors would never do this to us. Vary unhappy with our visit

Such an amazing hospital I went as a child to get a walking orthosis made and they did an absolutely amazing job, however the day was extremely long I had an 8am appointment we didn’t come out until right before closing otherwise Shriners is a terrific hospital will be visiting July 27th
