Visited Larkin's Sawmill twice in a few days; for a wedding reception, then for a graduation ceremony. It's a beautiful, large venue. For the reception, there was a biscuit bar, carving stations and delicious wine. For the graduation, sound system was good and seating was comfortable.

Yup.. Uber will get you there. It's not tooooo far to walk, maybe a mile, but I'd rather arrive safe, secure, dry and on time.
