One word: TAZ!! She has hands down made this move in process a breeze. We had to make a lot of changes but she stuck it out rolled with the punches and ultimately got me in a unit that checked off everything on my checklist with no hesitation. She kept me informed every step of the way and did not sell me any false dreams. She was very transparent throughout the entire process, making me feel more like a colleague than a future resident. She has set the tone for the neighborhood and I am excited to reside here now 🙂

When I 1st moved in to Plantations at Haywood I was very happy to have found a home as it was very hard to find apartments at the time. However, after I lived there for a year and a 1/2, my rent skyrocketed and I realized that they didn't care about their tenants at all!! Workorders were ignored and they didn't care about hallway lights being out or about the conduct of the other residents that lived there. So as I initially was very happy to move there, I wasn't happy at all when I left.

Have lived here for a little over a year. When we first moved in it was a pretty decent neighborhood with decent leasing staff. Lorrie was excellent during our moving process. Over the months this property has gone down hill. Last summer our ceiling in one of the bedrooms collapsed due to an AC LEAK that we told them about for months prior to the collapse. This year we are having the same issue with the same ceiling. I reported the issue back in June. It is now September and they have not done anything to fix the issue of mold and the ac LEAK. I'm afraid the ceiling will collapse again. The leasing office shows no concern for the issue. They are more interested in renovations and bring in new tenants. In our building since 2021 we have had tweekers and high traffic from an obvious drug dealer apartment. I've tried to be patient but for the amount most of us are paying we are not getting the services they claim to provide.
