Been living here going on a year now we have a 2 bed 2 bath with garage and this place is just going down hill my AC is set to 69 and it’s reading 78 to 75 most days and doesn’t cool off until 12ish at night have called multiple times and they claim nothing is wrong with my ac that i should just close my vents in my other rooms that I’m paying for ! And while I’m not home set my ac to 76 like i think with the prices we pay i should be able to keep my AC at my desired temp! Also since this ac problem had been happening my power bill has gone up almost 200$ and they are saying that perfectly normal when I’m not home through the day no power is being used i have black out curtains in every room it’s just crazy how downhill this place is getting as well our pool has been shut down this whole month definitely needs to reevaluate their staff and management That allows stuff like this to happen!

My husband and I just moved in and it’s night and day from we’re we came from. The office staff are awesome. We had something the needed to be fixed before moving in and they were right on it. Everyone here so far waves as they go by even if the don’t know you. That also goes for the maintenance crew as well. The only thing is that if your apartment gets hot it takes for ever to cool back down. That’s not the fault of maintenance or office staff. So make sure you have some fans to help cool it off.

After speaking with the manager in person (Tanika), I was told that once I do an application online for $50 and administrative fee for $125 to hold the apartment I applied for, if denied, or decided not to sign lease/keep unit, I would be refunded the $125. After deciding to move elsewhere, I contacted them in March about my refund and was told that it would be processed and they inquired about a forwarding mailing address (to mail the check) within 30 days. Now that it is after May, I still haven't been refunded, and I called to inquire and was told by Khadijah (after being hung up on 3 times, whether intentionally or unintentionally), that they don't refund application fees, I told her I am aware and it was the administrative fee of $125, and she proceeded to ask whom I spoke with and that nothing is noted on the account about a refund. After telling her I would call back immediately with the name of the point of contact, she said okay. After calling numerous times (immediately after hanging up, within 30 seconds) my calls went unanswered & hung up on again. I rather get this issue resolved instead of filing a dispute with my bank!!!

Have a mouse issue in the walls I have never seen a rodent in an apartment I have ever lived in… the apartments are ok but for the price should be better amenities & a better gym
