I asked and paid for the lock to be changed and instead they reset the tumblers on the locks. I live alone and my safety is very important. Just heard some one at my door turning the lock. No one should have a key but me,my son and manager/maintenance of this place. The hedges in front of my patio is as tall as trees. They were hedges and were low enough to see over them when I moved in here 6 years ago. They have not cut them down or back. They have grown so that they are starting to block the entrance. I asked for security light outside my apartment door to be replaced. It is still out. I'm very dsappointed in this place.

I have lived in these apartments since they were built and they are definitely still the most affordable, spacious, close to everything

There is a high turnover of maintenance staff and always a lot of trash about and stairways, walks, etc. are not cleaned. The grounds planting is in dire need of renewal and the sprinkler system hasn't been used in several years. Indoor carpeting is barely a floor covering (carpet in name only), and peeling of old vinyl flooring is ignored rather than replaced. the Complex doesn't live up to it's internet description and certainly doesn't deserve the annual rent increases it imposes for what it offers.
