I have been a tenant in this complex since 2017. Previously, I would have recommended it highly and did so to others. The staff were very friendly and knew most/all of their residents. Whenever I needed help, they were professional and quick to help me without a second thought. However, since changing management twice since 2020, and especially since the most recent change to the current management staff in the past year, I can't offer anything positive. The office/management staff now is incredibly difficult to get a hold of, and not the least bit helpful when you finally get in contact. They have a newly-required internet plan that they have installed in all units for an extra $100 / month. However, my unit was not updated for the first 5 months of my current lease, though they continue to try and charge me for it. Upon having problems with the eventual installation in my unit, I was directed to the internet provider's contact number to sort it with them directly. They have now also added an apartment locker system for packages. When deliveries end up in that package room, there is a high chance you will not get notified, and worse yet, will not receive a code to access it. If you ever run into this problem, the staff will simply tell you to call another customer support line to get into the package room yourself. Of the 5 packages that have ended up in the package room so far for my unit, I have received 2 notifications and spent an average of 30 minutes on the phone each time to get into the room. When I began my residence, rent was < $850 before a few other fees for a single bedroom. Now, with the newly required services and hike in rent, each monthly bill surpasses $1300. Maintenance has not been very good either, though better than the office staff and management. On roughly half of the recent requests I have made, the opened service request is closed before anyone contacts me or services my unit. However, when they do get in contact, they are usually prompt and remedy the situation. I have been to the front office multiple times for many issues since the start of my new lease, all which could have been prevented or even solved via communication in their resident portal. I typically wait 2-4 weeks for responses to important requests through the new portal(many of which with billing consequences), and generally have to go down to the office to resolve all issues. In most cases, I am told to contact another customer support line for help with my problems. Occasionally, I am told they will look into the issue and reach out to me, but they have never followed up on any of those issues. The complex used to be a great community with helpful and friendly staff. Now, you are treated as a burden for any problem that arises, most of the time being an issue they have created. Would not recommend.

Moved in a year ago and just resigned another lease. Love the apartment itself and the surrounding property, maintenance is responsive, however I can never get in touch with office staff or management directly without repeated calls and emails. Miscommunication about apt services and pricing, and fees in resident portal are inaccurate. When inquired about it takes days to hear back, even when payments are coming due. Seems like office staff only care about new residents and not the people who already live here. Pool is often crowded with people who don't leave here and filled with dirty water. Didn't plan to sign another lease, as the rent increased $400 in just one year, but the notice about 60 days to vacate was delivered to me when it was ALREADY within the 60 days. Will not be staying.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. Do NOT move here!!!!! Don’t be fooled by the fresh paint and new carpet. I lived in the Stratford paying $880+ the extras every month. Now it’s over $1,200 for granite counters?? The windows grow mold in EVERY SINGLE WINDOW! I lived in 2 different apartments and this would happen. The staff will tell you it’s part of your weekly house cleaning upkeep and there’s nothing they can do about it. I hope you like to dust your home everyday. The place gets dusty overnight and you’ll constantly be wiping it away. The door frames to the rooms are all different sizes so look at that when deciding if your furniture will fit. If you move in I hope you never have an issue because the staff will never answer and they don’t care about you anymore once you’re in.
