The local duck and water bird population has a bench on the south side of the lake. Don't give them whole grapes or Anything harmful. They're great.

Yes dog friendly but with leashes due to our laws to protect others and our selves and furry little loved ones but also keep in mind to keep it nice we have to please help by cleaning up after yourself and loved ones

About 9 miles it you go all the way around
There are no rooms for rent at lake Lillian unless you're asking about the apartments across the street. That you would have to call and ask the apartments.
I believe the distance around the lake is a 1/2 mile, however if you stay on the path and cross the road and go over by the water park it is one mile.
