Ridiculous how you can never make an appointment because nobody will answer the phone. So unreliable when our children need to be seen!

You can never reach the scheduling department, via phone or their website. Switching to another provider!

Hello, thanks for your interest in finding out about Pediatric Partners of Gwinnett. To answer your question, no we do not do in-house X-Rays on our patients.

I'm calling almost for a week to make an appointment but nobody answered the phone I'm wondering is anyone working there or just you guys are playing with people I need my daughter see the doctor .

Their call center is horrible. I've had to call 2-3 times and let it ring for MINUTES to get someone to answer. They just sent out stuff for a new patient portal that I saw had appointment options on there. I'm not sure if it works or not yet. Honestly we're considering changing doctors from the inability to get someone on the phone issue alone.
