This one's a long one, so if you are unsure about where to take your vehicle read this review on my experience. I'm going to cover my whole experience. •I start with the owner V. What an amazing dude. It's not often that owners of business will sit down and have a 1 to 1 with a customer. My vehicle is my daily so I had to wait for the service and he kept me company the entire time. We had great conversation, shared stories, talked about our rides and in general I was able to make a new friend from it. 🤣 •Veronica is the lady in front. I didn't have much interaction with her besides payment, but she was sweet and helpful the entire time. Super professional. •Slater and Darian are other mechanics in the shop. They didn't work on my vehicle, but were there the entire time checking to make sure everything was good and helping me with tips on parts and future upgrades, super knowledgeable guys with great attitude. They also helped provide things i was missing. (Zip ties etc). If I didn't take my vehicle to Austin I would have taken it to them. •Bren did my alignment and was fast, professional, and explained what he did in great detail. He knows I take my jeep off road sometimes so he even took the time to mark all my bolts after they were torqued to spec. That way if they move I will know what I need to re torque. Young guy with a good future ahead of him. •Anthony.... My guy is a straight up OG. Long story short, but my guy was not gonna let me leave looking like trash after getting new tires and a lift. He took the time to find color matched rims for me, secured financing for me, went to another store to get them for me and when me and basically went WAY beyond what he needed to do for me. Yes it was expensive but I didn't feel like I was getting f*****. Honestly what he did pulled the whole look together. If you want any rims or tires go to this man. He will get you right 💯. Austin... what a freaking super hero. I can go into detail but at this point the best thing I can say is this. He on his own time fixed something on my jeep that broke on the way home. It had nothing to do with the shop or the work done there. It was just fluke, (oil cooler if younknow the 3.6 pentastar) but he stayed until midnight to make sure I could get back on the road and get back to work. I'm so thankful for everything he did. He took my old musty jeep and made it something I get stopped and complimented about almost every day. Extremely knowledgeable, extremely talented, and the only person I will take my vehicle to again. In conclusion if you want quality work, guaranteed results, professionalism, and peace of mind for any of your car related needs look no further. They will 100% make sure you are done right.

These people are superstars I own a 23 foot rollback tow truck and I had a flat 25 minutes before they close. Commercial medium duty trucks are not what they typically service. For some reason Anthony had in his possession the special socket to remove Japanese truck lug nuts. They stayed and took care of it for the fun and adventure of it. Superstar behavior. Price for the tire was very reasonable. Thank you Anthony and the team at global tire for putting up with my New York abrasive speech and helping me when you didn’t have to.
