Giovanni Rodriguez was excellent in his customer service. He heard my issues, and offered professional advice while trying to make the entire experience as painless as possible. He was quick to answer the phone, quick to email me back, and honest with what he could do. I have not been a Fabtech customer in the past, but so few companies offer a live person on the other side of the phone so quickly, and competitive pricing for quality hardware. Best suspension company hands down! The customer service is excellent and the products that this company puts out are nothing short of great quality. I’ve had the 6in lift with the performance resi- coilovers on my 12th gen F150 for a few years now and I have never had any issues with them. They ride extremely well, and look amazing. I also just recently purchased the uniball upper control arms and WOW, all the bumps in the road are almost non existent. They also eliminated the alignment issues I was having with the stock UCA’s because of my big wheel/tire setup. I highly recommend going with Fabtech if you’re looking at lifting/leveling your truck.

Cross member bushings seemed to wear fast. I ordered a new set but undeliverable since I work during UPS drop off times. No E-signatures allowed. Company won’t work with me. No time to argue. I recommend you use amazon to order replacement parts.
