My mil has lived here for fifteen years. It's great for seniors that can still live independently. Right behind chino city hall. Afew small groceries near by. The senior center is about 2 blocks away. The community is gated all the way around. A club house is in the center for group meetings and lounging. Laundry is on the side of club house. Nice place for independent seniors with mobility.

Hello and thank you for contacting Villa Serena Apartments. Our apartments range from 540-640 sf depending on whether it is a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment. Yes at this time we do have parking available, and unfortunately no, we do not have garages.
