The repair people themselves have been great. They fixed my cooktop within an hour and we were back to normal. The home warranty they offer is an outright scam in my opinion. Do NOT sign up for it! They cover nothing and won't fix anything under the warranty. Also, you can't understand anyone in the warranty department and they refuse to transfer you to anyone else. Read the reviews about the home warranty and find the facebook page. There was a class action suit in process of starting up so people could just get their money back. In closing.... use the sears repair team, they are great. Do NOT purchase the home warranty!
