Went to Banks appliance after my parents had bought 2 refridgerators from them over the years. I bought a washing machine from them and their process was so easy and not "high pressure sales". Plus the washing machine was at a really good price. 2 Younger gentlemen came and installed it less than a week later for a small trip fee. About a month later, I started having some issues with it. So I called Banks, and they got me on the schedule for someone to come out and repair/see what the issue was asap. All in all, These people are absolutely fantastic. Very nice and professional guys that run this business.
