If you are African American DO NOT STAY HERE!! The white apartment manager Lakin called the police on my African American boyfriend for helping me move my things into my apartment she was seen peeking into my vehicle and my apartment!! She even admitted to trying to review my bank statements to see what hotel he was staying at. Her description of my boyfriend to police was “umm he’s black with dreads I mean they all look the same!” What a shame. Shame on you Lakin!!

IT IS MOLD IN MY APARTMENT AND IT IS GROWING DUE THE PEOPLE ABOVE ME A/C NOT WORKING, PROPERTY MANAGER HAS YET TO COME OUT. I HAD TO STOP MAINTENANCE DURING HIM REPAIRING A/C UNITS. HE CAME IN AND SAID NOTHING HONESTLY. I HAVE PUT IN NUMEROUS MAINTENANCE REQUEST ABOUT THIS ISSUE.
