Our neighbors recommended us to them. From our personal experience from heaven’s best and quite frankly should not remotely even compare. The two caucasian gentleman who came out did poor job and took forever doing the job. After final inspection, we found issues with the work done and discussed it with them and nothing was done. When we tried to reach out, multiple phonecalls and voicemails we left with no response or when we did speak with someone in the office they stated the manager was out and they would take a message. It’s been 3 weeks and there’s no follow-up.

They only spray a chemical from a hand sprayer and have a round rotating disk to clean the carpets like is used to clean tile floors. Not a real clean job, once carpets dried completely stains came right back. There is zero extraction of the dirt it just gets ground into the carpet and spread around. Nothing heavenly about this carpet cleaning company. Stay clear of them.

I feel like i was ripped off. Im so mad seeing how my couch still looks the same . It took him 2 hours to clean and it still looked halfway done. I would not recommend if you have a couch they don't scrub or anything he pretty much just had one thing which was the vacuum. If you need your couch cleaned I wouldn't do it with them. I feel like it was a waste of money and I was left with unsatisfied results . My couch is still stained and literally some things he said wouldn't come out I washed them off with a scrub . 😒 I wasted my money I will not be using them again . I wish they just told me we only clean carpet because couchcleaning isn't even listed and yet they agreed saying they work with couches as well . They need to get the full equipment if they are going to be cleaning couches.
