Beware of this place. I arrive before appointment at 630am for a 700am and they didn't release my trailer till 525pm I asked one of the office worker why they didn't let the broker or dispatchers know that this load would take over 10 hrs to unload and she said "well I'm telling you now" I'm not gonna say how I responded but I did unhook and took a long lunch. I won't be coming here again. This is on lot A. Note to office workers: please be respectful of a driver's time be mindful that for most of us if the wheels are not turning we don't make money and in this case I lost my load for the day. 1 star for having overnight parking
