The complex itself needs to be bulldozed over. I have been living by them for years we have had nothing but problems with the kids vandalizing our property a lot of shootings and crimes have happened in this complex, it's filthy and it doesn't matter what management company manage it it's a nuisance to the community. There was a big shoot out on Wednesday during the middle of the day.

Do not stay here I lived in the 600 building and the electricity went out of the whole building and they did not warn anyone in the building that it would be out for almost a month, and on top of that they had to move us in another unit but the refrigerator, AC/Heater and showers in both bathrooms do not work. There is a HUGE INFESTATION OF RODENTS throughout the whole complex. Management does not care about your needs and I do not believe there is a reliable maintenance staff. They have been through multiple management companies since I've lived there and they all do not care about their tenants living conditions.

The worst place ever!! Very nasty place to live.. they left me an my pregnant fiancé without AC or heat for over a year.. when they couldn’t figure out how to fix the problem just put me an my family out.. I applied for the rental assistance and they never turned in my paperwork .. instead they just put us out…they also have rats an roaches everywhere an cats I’ve never seen smh..

I called DeKalb County code enforcement. Complex staff and corporate ignored our repeated requests for maintenance so the left me no choice.
Because of the constant shift in management the orders do get backed up but..... It has gotten better and there is someone in corporate that cares. However if you go to the leasing office, Fran will make sure it gets done. Leslie and Sheree are great to.
Due to the. Virus we are left with unattended maintenance. Yet and still maintenance is still running around the property. Doing nothing. We our trying to pay RENT. And still if late they want late fees. Can't get work done on your apt but they want fees a

Not sure. But if you want to deal with nothing but problems with a dismissive property manager, pests, mold, maintenance not fixing issues in a timely manner because their are under staffed and over worked. This is not the place for you.
What does this mean? If you've got nowhere to go, its ok. But prepare for roaches, unavailable amenities, shady management, very inconvenient garbage dumpster placement that isn't ever emptied when full (so vermin swarm the garbage at night), broken hvac , management has bizarre and illegal fees for move in (charged $300 for a service animal, against federal laws) fudging water costs , and your neighbors will mess around in the ceilings above your apartment. I'm sure I'm forgetting stuff... So for the record its ok in emergency but stay away if you have any other option.
There's ain't good place cause there's ignorance when they're need repairs and support their concerns the opportunity.
