I agree!!!! Worst place to live!!! I have lived here 9 months and it has been awful. People are rude, all the things they say make it a better place to live are a lie. The gate has never worked, the pool is never open,( because 3 years ago a child died.) And there is trash everywhere!! Children smoke outside of my door and leave trash wherever they want. I have complained and nothing has changed. They even had a police officer move in next door and still NOTHING!!! and the wrost part of it all is I took my dog outside and when I came back upstairs the MOTHER OF THESE CHILDREN told me my dog was in her way, even though she was standing in front of MY DOOR!!!! you can never get a hold of anyone and if you did.... It's not even worth it.. so best of luck if you choose to move here.

I've been here for over a year... They will work with you if you fall on hard times. Ditto to the above. I have a 2/2.5 and pay $1100 including water/trash/sewer. Anytime I have an issue, they come quickly. I love EVERY ONE in the office. They know me by name because I'm forever in there looking for cookies! 🤷🏾‍♀️ COME ON OVER. Tell them Brigette sent you!

They do second chance and no credit requirements just have the income they require you to have and thats all you need.

Yes, they are. As long as you don't have any apartments that you owe on your credit within 2 YEARS. That's what they look at. Our rent is 1100 for a 2bdr townhouse. I have HONESTLY not seen any drug dealers and they are trying to make it a better community than....whatever it was. I've only been here for 8mons tbough. Hope that helps.

Im not saying dont move there I'm saying i didn't feel safe there. It was gun shots nearly every day and security is a joke

These are the same apartments, just under a new name and management

The community is mostly quiet. Everyone minds there business. Maintenance & the staff (now) are awesome.

We have a 2br/2.5ba and our electric runs about $70 and gas is around $40 per month. We moved in September 1st. I've been very pleased with the cost of our utilities! (water is in the rent each month)

Do not move here. They expect you to live in uninhabitable conditions because maintenance can only clean up the 6 foot tall by 12 feet wide garbage pile that shows up nightly. Any actual issues they say they fix it while you sit in an apartment growing mold. My apartment was leaking water in it from a top apartment for 2 weeks. And for 2 weeks after that no one has came to fix it. They tried to force us to sign a new lease... So we did somewhere else.
