Do not move here. They expect you to live in uninhabitable conditions because maintenance can only clean up the 6 foot tall by 12 feet wide garbage pile that shows up nightly. Any actual issues they say they fix it while you sit in an apartment growing mold. My apartment was leaking water in it from a top apartment for 2 weeks. And for 2 weeks after that no one has came to fix it. They tried to force us to sign a new lease... So we did somewhere else.
I've only been at the complex for six months and as to date I haven't experienced any crime or violence. As for the up keeping of the grounds they can do better. The laundry facilities are dirty and machines are old and broken. The apartment itself (inside) its ok. Recently when maintenance request are made its taken care of workout a long wait. Overall I give it a 5.
Do not move here. It wouldn't be in your best interest. Issues with staff, with maintenance, with crime in complex and crime in neighborhood.
Do they accept section 8 vouchers ?
