I can honestly say when I first moved into this apartment after relocating from Houston in February 2020, I loved it. I loved the office staff was very respectful, dependable, and trustworthy. HOWEVER I just moved from this property October 2022 and the current staff is horrible. For starters and long story short This company placed me in a fraudulently lease claim my file was lost from April 2022-September 2022. They never provided a lease that was signed by me. DO NOT MOVE HERE. There are fraudulently activities taking place ricght now with the current staff. They blame the previous staff instead of fixing the issue. Aisha Joiner the property manager is very rude, Nasty and UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

It depends on what floor you stay on the higher the floor it will cost. Approx. 2bedroom/ 1bath third floor $880 plus water and trash
I believe its around 860 and well NOT worth the money. Find somewhere else to live. Im outta here when my lease is up for sure.
