I applied in June and it is now October. These people took 200 dollars and never even communicated with me after my approval for an apartment and refuse to return my emails about returning my money since I was not placed in an apartment. They do not care about tenants or potential tenants. Run away from any properties they manage. They are just collecting fees from hard working people. Will repost as many times as needed if my comment is deleted.!!!

As anyone knows moving is stressful add to that the lack of engagement from employees, attitudes and general run around one can receive from leasing offices one becomes overwhelmed. Not here and not Shyheem! Helpful, courteous and just an all around nice person, he has restored my faith in the process and I will always be grateful for the peace of mind he gave me with my moving experience. Update: while the move in was seamless, there were countless things around the apartment not finished prior to moving in that would be “completed today” today turns into tomorrow and my move in list has yet to be completed. My AC went out on the 3rd day, my gas was not connected to my stove, my garbage disposal will not work and therefore my kitchen sink does not drain. I have electrical outlets uncovered and one that won’t work at all. So here we are. Will update on how long it takes them to complete the things unfinished before move in. Also breezeways are kinda gross with trash and discarded furniture “that is waiting on junk removal day” however they smell so I’m not sure they are ever pressure washed 😕

I give 2stars because Shyheim and another lady (forgot her name oh god) but yeah very friendly called to inquire about a 1bed after seeing the price listed on their OFFICIAL website showing under $1000 but when u call the prices are at least $200 more than they advertise! Before you apply thinking u "locked" in that price think again!

Don’t move here ! They can decorate and make this place as inviting as they want, they still lack customer service and concerns for tenants! The amenities haven’t been working in years and they don’t care. Rent is going up with no renovations at all ! Don’t do it ! It’s not worth the money .

Because all the fat lazy security guard does is sit in his car and talk on the phone. I live here and I literally hear him on the phone all night because my window is open. SMH and a friend of mine was shot and killed in the back of the complex less than 2 months ago. Moving out next week! I WOULD NOT MOVE HERE
The 2 screens on my patio are still pushed in & haven't been fixed yet from over 4 months ago
