I purchased a drive adapter from these folks after providing a very concise description of what I was looking for. After opening the box , when I tried to install the part I found it to be incorrect for the application. I returned it unused and in the original packaging to the store, the sales person agreed it was the wrong part, and refused me a refund saying he was not authorized to provide refunds and that he needed to contact the owner, who happened to be out of town, and that I would be contacted soon. After a week of waiting, I disputed the transaction through my credit card company, and after 3 months it was resolved in my favor because the store never responded. To this day I have not received the promised phone call. If you decide to do business with these folks, do it with your eyes and ears wide open. You have been warned.
